3.3 Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3.4 Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, we retain your email address and usage history to prevent abuse of our free tier and trial offers. If you sign up again with the same email, your previous usage and trial eligibility may be restored. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4.1 Plans: We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise subscription plans with different feature sets and usage limits.

4.2 Payment: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.3 Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime through your account settings.

4.4 Usage Limits: Each plan has monthly scan limits. Exceeding limits may result in temporary service restriction until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.

4.5 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

5.1 Permitted Use: You may use the Service to scan websites you own or have explicit authorization to analyze, identify SEO issues, generate reports for legitimate business purposes, and monitor your websites' SEO health over time.

5.2 General Restrictions: You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Scan websites you do not own or have permission to scan
• Overload or attempt to disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Abuse API rate limits or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the Service for competitive intelligence gathering without consent

You agree NOT to use JSVisible to scan, analyze, or interact with websites that contain or promote:

6.1 Illegal Content:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualizing minors
• Content that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Websites facilitating illegal drug sales or trafficking
• Websites promoting or facilitating human trafficking
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights

6.2 Malicious Content:

• Malware, viruses, or other harmful software distribution sites
• Phishing websites or sites designed to steal personal information
• Websites engaged in fraud or scam operations
• Command and control servers for botnets or malware

6.3 Harmful Content:

• Websites promoting terrorism or violent extremism
• Content inciting violence against individuals or groups
• Websites hosting non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content promoting self-harm or suicide
• Hate speech targeting protected groups

7.1 Our Rights: We reserve the right to:

• Block URLs or domains that violate this policy
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund
• Report illegal content to appropriate law enforcement authorities
• Cooperate with law enforcement investigations when required by law

7.2 Immediate Termination: Violations involving illegal content, particularly content involving minors, may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities without prior notice.

If you encounter content on our platform that violates this policy, please report it through:

• The "Report" button available on scan result pages

We investigate all reports and take appropriate action within 48 hours. Reports can be submitted anonymously, though providing contact information helps us follow up if needed.

9.1 Authorization: You represent and warrant that you have proper authorization to scan any website you submit to our Service. This includes websites you own, websites where you are an authorized administrator, or websites where the owner has given you explicit permission.

9.2 Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, the terms of service of any websites you scan, and our rate limits and fair usage policies.

9.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JSVisible from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, your scanning of websites without proper authorization, or any illegal activity conducted using our Service.

10.1 Our Property: The Service, including all software, algorithms, and content, is owned by JSVisible and protected by intellectual property laws.

10.2 Your Data: You retain all rights to the websites you scan and the data you input. We do not claim ownership of your scan results.

10.3 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to these Terms.

16.1 Applicable Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.

16.3 Dispute Resolution: Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@jsvisible.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days.

16.4 Consumer Rights: For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other jurisdictions with mandatory consumer protection laws: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer that cannot be waived or limited by contract under applicable law. If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
